Yuan Zuwu

The council of the Chinese Society of Micro/Nano Technology. Graduated from Tsinghua University in 1989, and acquired a master degree of Science in 1993, majored at automation engineering and information technology. He has been acted as the assistant at Prof. Dinghenggao’s technical affairs since 1996, and has been engaged in some strategic research work of micro/nano technology.
