Zhaoying Zhou, professor, Tsinghua University, Beijing. His recent research interest is in the fields of MEMS, measurement and control technologies, bio-medical instruments. The scientific and technical papers, in which 290 more were indexed by SCI, EI and ISTP, and 480 times more were cited by SCIC and CSCD, were published. 40 patterns including foreign patterns were received. National and Ministry awards of Science & Technology Invention and Achievement were received. He is the Vice President of China Instrument Society, President of Micro/Nano Devices and System Society, Honor Vice President of China Micro/Nano technology, Editor of the Journal of Micromechanics, Editor of Sensors and Actuators A Physical.
