Micromachine Center (MMC) issued this MMC Technical Report (TR1) on Terminology for Micromachine Technology with the hope that may be the start point toward an international standard.  This report summarizes 220 micromachine technical terms that MMC collected through three years investigation.  MMC hopes that many people of various fields review this report and give us advices to refine and harmonize the contents.
