Dr. Hyung Dong Kang

Dr. Hyung Dong Kang is currently principal researcher in Electronic Materials and Device Lab at Central R&D Institute of Samsung Electro-Mechanics (SEM) since 2004.  He received his B.S. degree in statistics from Yonsei University, Korea, in 1992 and M.S degree in physics from University of Goettingen, Germany in 1997.  He received his Ph.D. in physics from University of Bayreuth, Germany, in 2001.  From 2000 to 2004, he worked with Max-Planck-Institute for plasma physics as Research Scientist.
