Dr. Xue is birth in 1971, received his Bachelor Degree of theoretical physics in 1994 and received his M.S. Degree of Opto-electronics technology in 1982 from Shanxi University of China; and Ph.D Degree of semiconductor physics in 2003 from National Technical University of Athens, Greece. In 2002, he as visiting researcher in institute of solid state physics, Technical University of Berlin, Germany. Now he is associate Professor and associate Director Key Laboratory of Instrumentation Science & Dynamic Measurement Ministry of Education, North University of China.
His main researching tasks include: (1) Measurement of dynamic stress in MEMS device, he develop a new kind of testing method to measure the dynamic stress during the working process of micro-resonance. (2) Foundation researches on new type MEMS and NEMS devices, he study on the Dynamic optical coupling and Dynamic electronic coupling in MEMS and NEMS, design and fabricate several kinds of MEMS devices: micro acoustic sensor and micro-accelerator. (3) He fabricate IR gas sensor detecting CH4, CO2, it applied successfully in robot to detect gas leak and fire.
Dr. xue have published over 30 academic papers in internationally recognized journals, 10 of which have been indexed in SCI, have been cited more than 50 times.
